Dear Campers-
The weather was enjoyable this year for the activities that went on this summer.
The 4 th of July Fireworks were super, thanks to Dustin and his crew. Looking forward to seeing
the great display again next year.
Great job done by: Liz, Anna and their crew for the Dice Runs; Mark and his crew for the
Chicken/Pulled Pork BBQ & music afterwards; The Tiki Festival crew for the entertainment &
Shane for the annual Hot Dog/Corn Roast.
Thank You to: Mindy Moore & Linda Conklin for helping with Bingo as well as all the callers
that volunteered.
I want to thank all the campers that helped organize the activities throughout the summer
such as: The Slip & Slide, Color Run, Family Day, Cornhole Tournaments, Ceramic Painting, Kids
Crafts & Activities, Memorial & July 4th Parade’s, Plant & Sip, Paint & Sip, Music on the Deck &
Scavenger Hunt.
Finally, a thank you to all the campers & guests who helped with the fundraising this year:
This includes: The Quilt Raffle, Split Clubs, Lottery Hat, Booze Cooler, Basket Raffle (@ The Soup
& Chili-Oct. 1 st ) & Store Donations towards events.
We will be shutting the water off on October 16 th , but will have limited water until the well is
dry.
1) Empty and thoroughly rinse your sewer holding tanks, leaving the holding tank valve
or valves open.
2) Disconnect all cords and hoses.
3) Defrost refrigerator, clean and leave door open.
4) Remove anything that will freeze.
5) Make sure roof vents are closed securely.
CAUTION: FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO WINTERIZE YOUR OWN UNITS: DO NOT USE ANY
SOLUTION THAT CONTAINS ISOPROPOL IN YOUR TRAPS OR IN YOUR LINES, UNLESS YOU ARE
PLANNING TO TAKE YOUR TRAILER WITH YOU AND DE-WINTERIZING AT HOME BEFORE
RETURNING. (This causes an adverse effect in the camp sewer system.)
The $25.00 winter site fee remains the same for all campers in the campground during the
winter months. The summer camping fee is for approximately the first part of May until mid-
October. The winter site fee is from mid-October to May 1 st which provides RV winter
storage. If you decide not to return in 2023, your RV must be off the site by the end of the
first week in May (this includes everything you brought in) and the site cleaned up. Charges
may incur if the unit is left there beyond that time.
Please complete the attached form on page (3) and return it to us.
You can also make a voluntary deposit for next year. Please indicate the amount.
Listed below are season campsite rates for 2023:
Basic RV site with water and sewer.
Metered Electric: $1,575.00
Metered Electric w/House type flush toilet: $1,600.00
A payment of at least $525.00 is due by May 1st, 2023. Second payment of $525.00 is due
by June 3rd, 2023 & remaining balance is due by July 1st, 2023. You may pay by check, cash or
Paypal.
